Check the Beta before downloading

  1. Open the Beta listing

The official Steam page showed a free demo download entry when checked on October 10, 2026.

  2. Check its requirements

Use the Beta page’s own requirements, rather than assuming the full-game table applies.

  3. Test access on your setup

A visible listing does not prove download, installation or startup will succeed.

  4. Keep progress limits in mind

Only specified rewards carry over. Full beta progression resets at launch.

Where to Find the Steam Demo

Open the official Open Beta listing or the demo panel on the full-game Steam page. Check the Beta listing's own system requirements before downloading; an older full-game requirements table is not a reliable substitute.

Was the Beta PC Only?

Early communications concerned a PC beta. The June 5 announcement confirmed its Steam opening, but the August 17 announcement later referred to beta players across Steam, PS5 and Xbox. Calling the entire beta program PC-only would therefore omit its later console availability. Both posts appear in the official announcement history.

What Can You Try?

The Beta covers the Prologue and early open world, with optional dungeons and challenges. It is an in-development build. Treat it as a chance to try the controls and atmosphere; use full-game patch notes when checking later fixes.

Does Progress Transfer?

Only specified rewards carry forward. Our save carry-over guide lists the cosmetic, Prologue-skip condition and reset categories.

Not yet verified: Current console demo availability and download or startup success on each platform have not been verified. A visible Steam download entry alone does not establish them.
